[Closed] translate all Divi Engine Fields, forms, templates and more wpml is not working

Tell us what you are trying to do?
i'm trying to translate my site, all the site works fine, but have some issues with it, i'm using divi and divi engine and ACF for my dynamic site.

the idea it's to translate everything it is a listing site of jobs, so it will be continuous post updating but, because it is a custom post, when i what to see the custom template using the divi theme builder and the divi machine (divi engine product) modules the string translation it is not taking any of my fields fron spanish to english, this site it is very important for my client... and they want multi language.

other things that happends it with other products of divi engine wpml it is not takin the strings for the layout/templates.

happens with mega menu, machine, filters, forms all divi engine products no compatibility

also happends with popup builder when i change the language all my popups are gone, but i did translate the template

and event manager

Is there any documentation that you are following?
yes the divi integartion docs in ypur documentation

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hi,

please note that the authors of Divi Engine never applied to get their product certified to use with WPML. Therefore, you will need to add compatibly via XML config files yourself.

#1 First, we need to find out which text is coming from Divi Engine and what from ACF.

#2 If it's ACF, make sure you are using our glue plugin "Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual" with a configuration as described here: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/translate-sites-built-with-acf/.

#3 All content from Divi Engine widgets, you can make the shortcodes translatable as described here: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/maintaining-divi-builder-compatibility-wpml/#updating-the-language-configuration-file & https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/. This is the correct way to add support to any 3rd party component.

Another option (not a good option) is to copy the content and translate it without the WPML editor. This method is what Divi Engine authors are recommending here: hidden link. But we recommend adding compatibility to it via XML, as this is how every Divi Add-On is maintained (even Divi itself).

So i have this shortcode in the builder y follow a video, changing the translate editor to clasic so i can be able to get the shortcode and see the att an build in the XML confign file.... but without results i let you one of my shortcodes and the xml config

this will work and shows the fields and the content inside the edito but in the front end didn't work

let you also a picture of the buttn text i need to translate and didn't wok the xml method ... what i'm doing wrong?

also this divi engine module it is inside of a loop so i built in with divi library this custom layout.

any hel will be appreciate.

Hi,

the shortcode itself is correct. If not you would not see it on the editor. Can you please add me your WPML debug info? I want to check if your installation has enough memory assigned.

Please also ensure the translation is not in progress and you see the "pencil" icon as status.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

-Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
