Hi,

I am using the CusRev plugin to send review invitations to my customers. I also want to send a 5 euro (kr 50, zł25, etc) coupon code as a thank you.
But now customers in Norway receive kr 5 discount instead of kr 50 discount.
How can I 'translate' the currency field?

Thanks in advance!

(And a great thanks for having resolved my previous ticket, it works well!)

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

As per my understanding you'll need to setup multiple currencies, in order to enable that currency conversion. I'll recommend checking https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/#multiple-currencies for details.

Please let me know if this helps.

Regards.

Hi,

I do have Woocommerce Multilangual & Currency installed, as my site is running in 12 countries.

In order to solve this issue for the moment, I created manual coupon codes and added them in the email body.
This work around is fine for me, at least for now.

Thanks for your answer anyway.

Best regards,

Lobke
