We use HashBars Notification bars to create notifications on one of our websites. How can we translate our notifications into other languages?
We tried to translate notifications with String Translation but the text of notifications does not exist in the strings.

We entered from the path you mentioned, but the text of the notifications we created was not among the strings related to the hash bar, and only the strings related to the plugin itself, such as the menu of the plugin and its submenus, are among the strings of the hash bar.
We will also send the screenshot you need as an attachment to this message.
The address of the notification plugin used in the WordPress repository is also:

Hi Nima,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

I try to replicate the issue on the sandbox site and do not see it work. You can login directly to the sandbox site with this link hidden link

What I've done:
1. Go to WPML > Settings > Post Types Translation > Set the post type "wphash_ntf_bar" preference to "Translatable- only show translated items".
2. Go to WPML > Settings > Custom Fields Translation > Click on "Show system fields" > Set some fields preference to Copy:
- _wphash_notification_where_to_show
- _wphash_notification_where_to_show_Page

3. Go to HashBars > Translate a notification post > The post content is translated and conditions to show the notification are copied to the translation but it does not display in the frontend.

The plugin "HashBar - WordPress Notification Bar" is not available in our list of compatible plugins, which you can check here https://wpml.org/plugin/
So I suggest you contact the plugin author and ask them to join our Go Global program where our Compatibility developers will help them to make their product compatible with WPML.

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks
