Translate image name and ALT

Problem:
The client is trying to translate the image name and ALT text on their website.
Solution:

3. To download the WPML Media Translation plugin, visit this link: https://wpml.org/download/wpml-media/?section=changelog or navigate to your site's backend under Plugins > Add new > Commercial.
