Problem:
The client is trying to translate the image name and ALT text on their website.
Solution:
1. We recommend reviewing the guidance provided in a related support forum topic, which can be accessed here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/unable-to-translate-image-alt-text/.
2. Additionally, we have created a custom search URL to help find existing solutions on our support forum: https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Awpml.org%2Fforums+Translate+image+name+and+ALT.
3. To download the WPML Media Translation plugin, visit this link: https://wpml.org/download/wpml-media/?section=changelog or navigate to your site's backend under Plugins > Add new > Commercial.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
