This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate the Mailchimp sign-up form on your website but the MailChimp Sign-up Forms section does not appear in the WPML Translation Dashboard.
Solution:
We found that you are using the official Mailchimp plugin, which is not compatible with WPML because it does not store forms directly on your website. Therefore, WPML cannot translate these forms. We recommend switching to the Mailchimp for WordPress plugin, which is compatible with WPML. You can download and install it from https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/. After installation, follow the steps to translate it as outlined here: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/mailchimp-for-wordpress-multilingual/.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Hey there,

I've checked your debug information, and your website seems to be correctly set up, as it has all the necessary plugins. Please check on WPML > Settings > Post Types Translation if the Mailchimp Signup Form is set to be translatable. If it's not, please change it to Translatable and check again.

Let me know if that fixes it.

Dear Lucas, thanks for your response!

Unfortunately, no "Mailchimp Signup Form" setting is shown at the Post Types Translation section.

Regards,
Giannis

Hey there,

I double-checked, and noticed I made some confusion, I apologize. I thought you were using the compatible plugin, but that wasn't the case. Let me explain:

WPML is compatible with Mailchimp for WordPress (https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/), not with the official Mailchimp plugin, which is the one you have. The official Mailchimp plugin, does not store forms directly on your website, so WPML has no way to translate them. On the other hand, Mailchimp for WordPress does that, so you can translate the forms as you wish, using WPML.

In this case, my recommendation for you to able to translate sign-up forms, is to use the WPML-compatible plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/

And then follow the steps to translate it:
https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/mailchimp-for-wordpress-multilingual/

Hi Lucas,

You are right, after installing the right plugin Mailchimp for WordPress instead of the official Mailchimp one, the problem was resolved!

Thank you for your assistance
