Often themes have their own PHP template to design those pages. So even if the shortcode to insert the content is coming from WooCommerce, it could be that the strings you need to translate are registered with the textdomain from your theme or even a specific WooCommerce add-on.
I requested an admin access in your previous ticket already. I can have a look at both issues once I have that access.
- In "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Status" I noticed that WooCommerce pages weren't created in English yet.
That's why you were redirected to the Croatian pages (so no translation).
- I created them so now you can access them in English
- Please note that many those category boxes/banner don't have their links translated yet. So when you click on "Last items in stock" you still have the Croatian link and see Crotian products.
And if you don't use full path links WPML won't be able to translate them automatically. You can find them by using the search bar at the top left of the editor. If you search for "/" you will be able to see all outgoing links from that page (/kategorija/...).
