usahello

Okay. So this solution only works for the Table block since our addition to the custom XML configuration specifies core/table. I just tried to reproduce for the Paragraph block (core/paragraph) and I believe I have it working properly. Am I correct in thinking that a custom <gutenberg-block> entry must be added for every single block that we use anchor links with?

Yes, you need to register the block if you wish to translate the contents that are not identified by the Advanced Translation Editor. Actually, not many people translate the CSS ID or Classes which is why it's not identified automatically by the Advanced Translation Editor.

So, briefly saying that Advanced Translation Editor will only identify contents by default. If you need to translate something else other than the contents, you'll have to register it using XML configuration.
