[Resolved] Translating Divi Module Link URLs with WPML
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client needs assistance making the Divi module link URL translatable or linking to its translated pages. The URL does not appear in the WPML Advanced Translation Editor, and there is no option to automatically translate or sync it to its translated page. Solution: If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend searching and translating the link as explained in the following documentation: Translating Links with Advanced Translation Editor. For links to be automatically adjusted to translated ones, they need to be full HTTPS links, and the Divi modules need to be compatible. If you are using third-party Divi modules, they might require additional XML configuration. Please check the following documentation for maintaining Divi Builder compatibility with WPML: Maintaining Divi Builder Compatibility with WPML.
Ultimately, customer was able to fix it by enabling the option "Make themes work multilingual" in WPML -> Languages

Background of the issue:
We need assistance in making the Divi module link URL translatable or link to its translated pages. We have set it as a dynamic URL to update when a page slug changes.
Symptoms:
The URL doesn’t appear in the WPML Advanced Translation Editor, and there is no option to automatically translate or sync it to its translated page.
Questions:
How can we make the Divi module link URL translatable?
Why doesn’t the URL appear in the WPML Advanced Translation Editor?
Is there a way to automatically translate or sync the URL to its translated page?
Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps and try to help with the issue quickly.
You can search and translate the link as explained above:
As for links to be automatically adjusted to translated ones, they need to be full https links, and the Divi modules need to be compatible, I see you might be using 3rd party ones and those would require additional XML configuration, please check next:

Hello there,
Can you please edit the original page containing the Divi module and check how the link is configured, is it using the relative path or the full path to the URL?
It is possible that by the time the page containing the module was translated, the page where the URL linked to didn't have a translation yet, the way the links translation works is that by the time you translate or edit the translation of a page containing an URL, if WPML finds a translation for the page of the link, it automatically adjusts it to point to the secondary language.
You can try to go to WPML -> Settings -> Translate Link Targets and click on Scan now to see if the links get adjusted.
If it doesn't work, please try to edit the page in the main language and make a minor modification to it, like adding an empty space for example.
After that, please update the translation and save it as it is, this should fix the link in the secondary language.
Thank you, please let us know how that goes.

Hello,
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.

Hello,
I checked it and even if I change the links from dynamic to regular links with the full path, they're still not translated.
I suspect it could be a compatibility issue. To pinpoint the exact cause, we need to isolate variables by replicating the issue in a sandbox environment.
Here's what is needed to be done:
1- Install Essential Components Only: Use the hidden link">login link to the sandbox, please install your theme and only the plugins necessary to replicate the issue. Avoid importing the entire site.
2- Set Up the Page and Configurations: Mirror your current setup that's causing the issue, focusing on the URLs, we only need the site to be partially replicated up to a point where we can debug this issue. For example, a single module would be enough.
3- Notify Us Once Done: After replicating the issue in the sandbox, inform us through this ticket so we can proceed with further analysis.
The goal here is to identify if the problem is indeed a compatibility issue, reproducing it in a controlled environment.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Let us know once you've set up the sandbox.
After several testing I found the culprit. I enable this option "Make themes work multilingual" and click "Translate Link Targets". It seems to be working fine now.
