I don't have any credit on my account. It's supposed to have 2000 credits per month. Do you mind checking?

Hi there.

The 2000 free credits don't show up anywhere as "available". They are by default free and you won't be charged as long as you don't use more than 2000.

Hi there and welcome back.

If you have any pre-paid credits or if you received any credits when you purchased the WPML subscription, they should all show up here:
https://wpml.org/account/

If you have "Pay as you go" activated, then there would be nothing to display as you have unlimited credits and you pay depending on the usage.

Please let me know if there's still something that is not clear.
