Translation credits issue.

arge-dIjItalE	Hello, Since I couldn't find a way to create a new form, I continue writing here. You can separate this topic from this form if you wish. I didn't know that 2 credits were used for each translation with DeepL. I had purchased credits based on the number of translations I needed. I would like to cancel the translations of the last 40,000 credits I bought and have them refunded to my account. Subsequently, I want to restart the translation process with the settings adjusted to use 1 credit per word.

arge-dIjItalE	I don't want to reverse all the transactions. I only want a refund for the last 40,000 credits I spent. I do not wish to cancel the 90,000 credits I used previously. I am seeking a refund for the second batch of credits I purchased. If you wish, you can make the adjustments using the panel information I provided earlier.
