Hi, For some unknown reason, there is no chat history here, so I'm unsure if you have already discussed this issue with one of my colleagues. Can you please confirm you follow our guide on how to work with Divi? https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/divi-builder/ Regards, |

This guide is not about translating a post in DIVI, the description provide in my thread is from previous chat history. The issue explained is exactly how it happened, the translations (especially phone, tablet) done in the editor are saved randomly when editing from the front side. Why is there no chat history available? Thank you! |

Hi, I'm unsure what the translation process you took is. Can please send me a video? You can use the free online screencast service Loom - hidden link. Please note that my weekend is Friday-Saturday, and I'll be able to continue to check this issue and help you on Sunday. Thanks, |

Here is the link below to describe the process, I didn't click save at the bottom of the translation editor page in this case as obvious, so after this process, what is saved in the editor doesn't reflect especially in phone and tablet view. hidden link |

Hi, Thanks a lot for the video! You are using WPML's Classic Translation Editor. You must 100% complete the translation for them to show on the translated page. At the end of your video, it is possible to see that the translation is still in progress. It is possible to see it by the gear icon. The pencil icon must show. So, you must check all the checkboxes under each string to make the translation 100% completed. Please read our Classic Translation Editor editor guide here. https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-the-translation-editor/ Regards, |

As mentioned, I did not complete the process as the video would have take too long. The issue is: You have to open the DIVI Back end first to create the post in the original language. Then you import your layout and will create the the content from the front end (back end would take too long) When the content is saved, then you go to the back end, use the translation editor and do 100% for desktop, tablet, mobile and save. What I say is that after this process, the translations mainly in tablet and phone are not saved. The question is why. |

Hi, I still don't know why it is happening. Where can I see this problem on the front end of your site? According to your video, I tried to see it on this URL: hidden link, but it seems that this page does not exist. Please send me screenshots of the problem. Please show me how the translation is in desktop view but is missing in phone and tablet view. Thanks, |

I will wait that the issue happens again in real time, which will be easier to document to find a solution. |
