Background of the issue:
I'm trying to translate my site using WPML, but it's not working. Only some parts have been translated, and then the software stops working.

Symptoms:
I get this error message: 'Translate Everything Automatically is stopped. Translation not running... there is an issue that needs your attention. Fix it to continue.' When I press the button 'Fix now', nothing happens.

Questions:
Why is the translation process stopping and not completing?
What should I do when the 'Fix now' button does not resolve the issue?

Can I please get human help?!

I have done everything you asked for and your software isn't working. I've spend 3-4 days on this now, and it's hopeless...

I can grant you a guest access to the site and you can try to solve it, or otherwise I would like a refund of the initial payment and the credits that's been withdrawn from my account.
