When i am making any change in main site oxygen builder and save and try to open the other language same page it is showing blank page and not loading the content.

I'll try to help you out while a supporter takes your case?

1) How are you translating the oxygen builder? please read this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/oxygen-visual-builder/

As you can see there, oxygen builder is partially compatible with WPML and you should use the manual translation method, as you can see in the guide or it will not work.

Try it out and let us know how it goes.
