1. I tried to hide post title for one of the post with css.
.post-2468 .posttitle, .post-2469 .posttitle, .post-2470 .posttitle {
display: none!important;
}
And it work for PL version of the post: .post-2468 .posttitle
But it doesnt work for post in ENG and SWE version, their post id: .post-2469 .posttitle, .post-2470 .posttitle
2. The post is translated in 100% but quatations in EN version shows untranslated. Please see attached.

First of all, I cannot see the EN language, it shows me a page not found, So I am not sure what is happening.
About the css you are mentioning, this is custom work that is out of the scope of this forum. However, I can give you some hints. As far as I can see you are hooking to the wrong class names. Classes names are dynamically created and it doesn't mean that you will have all of them, everywhere.
Now your code it is not working because on your page there are 2 elements with the same html. So I am not sure how you built your site.
