Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate Post/Page content from the default language (English) into the destination language (Dutch). I checked all language settings which seem okay. See video: hidden link. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link.
Symptoms:
Instead of translating from English to Dutch, the content is being translated from Spanish to Spanish.
Questions:
Why are the translation language settings not being applied correctly?
How can I ensure the content is translated from English to Dutch instead of Spanish to Spanish?
