This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the WooCommerce 'Thank You' page is not fully translated into Bulgarian, the main language of the website.
Solution:
1. We recommend updating the WPML plugin to the latest version, currently 4.6.10, and all related add-ons to ensure you have the latest bug fixes and improvements. You can find the latest versions in the 'My Account -> Downloads' section on the WPML website. Follow the instructions for updating here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/. Remember to back up your database before proceeding.
2. If the issue persists after updating, please check for updates by going to Plugins → Add New, clicking on the Commercial tab, and then clicking the button to check for updates. Ensure that you have registered WPML first, which you can do here: https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#register.
3. If after following these steps the problem remains, inform us about how you created the 'Thank You' page.
Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, we encourage you to open a new support ticket for personalized assistance. You can do so here: https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/.
