This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the WooCommerce 'Thank You' page is not fully translated into Bulgarian, the main language of the website.
Solution:
1. We recommend updating the WPML plugin to the latest version, currently 4.6.10, and all related add-ons to ensure you have the latest bug fixes and improvements. You can find the latest versions in the 'My Account -> Downloads' section on the WPML website. Follow the instructions for updating here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/. Remember to back up your database before proceeding.
2. If the issue persists after updating, please check for updates by going to Plugins → Add New, clicking on the Commercial tab, and then clicking the button to check for updates. Ensure that you have registered WPML first, which you can do here: https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#register.
3. If after following these steps the problem remains, inform us about how you created the 'Thank You' page.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Could you please update your WPML plugin to the latest version 4.6.10 and add-ons to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements? This may not necessarily resolve your problem, however, in order to troubleshoot the issue best we need to work on the latest code available.

You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site. Instructions to update can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/

Remember to backup your database first before you proceed.

I opened a new ticket for your other question. This will also help other users with similar problems find solutions when searching the forum. I will assist you here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-we-have-my-account-not-translated/.

If the issue persists after an update has been done, please let me know how you created the thank you page.

Please try to go to Plugins → Add New, click on the Commercial tab, then click the button to check for updates. You need to make sure that you register WPML first: https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#register.
