This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client updated the privacy policy and homepage translations using the Advanced Translation Editor. Although the changes appear correct in the editor, they are not visible on the website's frontend. This issue is common with sites using page builders like Elementor and caching mechanisms.

Solution:
1. Clear WPML's internal cache and any site-level caches:
* Go to WPML → Support → Troubleshooting in your WordPress admin.
* Scroll down and use the options to clear caches.
2. If the issue persists, consider deactivating caching or optimization plugins temporarily to check if they are causing the issue.
3. If translations still do not appear, it might be necessary to check for server-level or host-managed caching outside of WordPress plugins and investigate possible synchronization issues between Elementor, the Astra theme, and WPML.

If these steps do not resolve the issue or if the solution seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, please open a new support ticket.

Hi Carlos,

the admin has tried to follow the instructions you sent, but the elements for translation aren't loading. Please see the screenshot attached.
It's not an issue that just takes a few minutes. The admin says it's been 2.5 hours, so something must be wrong.
Could you please verify what the reason is?

Hi Agnieszka,
I was able to reproduce the issue.

Please create a staging site with a copy of the production site (you can use the WP Staging plugin for free) and share the access credentials in your next message, which I have set private. This will allow me to run further tests without affecting the live site.

Hi Carlos,

you have the same access I sent to your e-mail address last week.

It turned out that turning off one of the monitoring plugins helped with the loading issue (Quey Monitor plugin). The translation elements loaded.

The translation of the form was done on the Home Copy page and as a result the form is shown properly in English.

But then a small correction to the translation of the Home Copy page was done and those changes do not show.
The translation is presented as In progress and in the Pages tab is shows as assigned to a translator.
My admin asks for you to help solve this and once it's done, she'll do all the remaining changes to the translation to verify if everything is OK.

Hi there,

To solve this issue, the translator should finish the translation, or the admin can resend the content for translation via WPML -> Translation Dashboard.
