[Closed] Translator account disconnects everytime i log off from Wordpress backend

Background of the issue:
I am trying to maintain my translator permissions in the WordPress backend. Each time I log off and then log back in, I lose these permissions. I must navigate to WPML > Translation Management > Translator to reassign myself the rights to translate. The issue can be seen at hidden link.

Symptoms:
Each time I log off and then log back into the WordPress backend, I lose my translator permissions.

Is there a solution for maintaining translator permissions after logging off?
