This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with WooCommerce products not being displayed, images not showing, and content not being translated when using the TuriTop Booking System plugin.

Solution:
1. We identified that the TuriTop Booking System plugin is not officially compatible with WPML. This might be causing the issues.
2. We recommended setting the custom fields related to TuriTop to COPY by going to WPML > Settings > Custom Fields Translation > Show system fields > Search for 'turitop'.
3. We suggested checking with the plugin author about WPML compatibility and encouraged them to join our Go Global program for assistance in making their product WPML compatible.
4. We advised using WPML compatible plugins, which can be found here:

5. We also recommended using a manual translation method instead of the WPML editor or automatic translation, as some settings/data might be missing in the second language due to compatibility issues. This method is detailed here: Using different translation editors for different pages.

If this solution doesn't look relevant, please open a new support ticket in our support forum.

Hi,

It seems you got disconnected from the chat.

We need to replicate this issue on a fresh WordPress installation. Then, I'll be able to escalate it to our compatibility team. For this, I created a test website with a clean WordPress install. You can access it through this link:

With this link, you'll be directly logged in.

Could you please install the TuriTop Booking System plugin and see if the issue is replicable on a clean WordPress installation?

Please configure WPML and WooCommerce as set on your site (just the basic configurations needed to replicate the issue are enough). Please also ensure you install the latest version of the plugin. Please let us know when everything is finished, and you can replicate the problem.

Regards,
Itamar.

Hello,

I checked and can see an issue with calendar not showing on 2nd language.

I have gone to WPML > Settings > Custom Fields Translation > Show system fields > Search for turitop and set them to COPY.

Please note this plugin is not officially compatible with WPML so some issues may happen. I advise further checking with the plugin author on WPML compatibility and if they need our help to join our GoGlobal program and we will be glad to help them in making their product WPML compatible.

That being said I advise you using WPML compatible plugins:

Or manual method and not WPML editor / automatic for translation as some settings/data might me missing on 2nd language due to compatibility issues.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Drazen
