I wanted to translate the term "Please enter your password"
When I wanted to translate there were incomprehensible characters, I deleted them and entered the text in Russian and Turkmen, after that these incomprehensible characters appeared on the site again.

I can make a backup restore of the site again, but this will not help solve the problem radically, this again may come up somewhere.

Urgently I ask you to deal with the problem.

Hello. I did everything as you said. But unfortunately it didn't work out. When the migration started, I received a letter about the beginning of the migration, I waited more than 10 hours, and then this letter came:

What do you think, will I contact the support service myself or will you contact me yourself, or maybe you don’t need to do this at all. What is your advice?

I tried several times to contact the support service, and they write that I must be registered, and when I click on the link to enter data, the link simply does not open for me. Therefore, it is impossible to contact the support service in any way.

I have another idea, what do you think if I do a site and database restore backup now. After that, the site will return to its normal state, incomprehensible characters will disappear.
And maybe after that again try to make a migration?

This error will reappear on a new server if you try to translate the phrase "Enter your password" to String Translation.

After the backup restore, I can continue working on my site, I will get this error again if I try to translate the phrase "Enter your password".
Perhaps this error can also be in the translation of other words.

I did a restore (backup) of the site and database.
Strange characters have disappeared on the site, and I can continue working on the site.
But the problem persists, it has not gone away.
If I now translate the phrase "Enter your password", then incomprehensible characters will again be displayed on the site.
Therefore, I ask you to continue to find the cause of the problem. I really hope for you.
If you want, I can try to make the migration again, maybe it will work now, since incomprehensible characters are not displayed now, and you can solve the problem if you translate the phrase "Enter your password"

Thank you for all the details. Unfortunately, I also failed to copy the website. It seems that there is an issue with the capacity of the website and our server.

A good call to bring back the backup to continue your work.

I tried with another plugin to create a copy and it was a 20GB big file and that was the issue most probably that the previous attempt failed.

I installed another plugin called duplicator pro and excluded all the media files to make the package file smaller and managed to copy the website to our server without images and media files.

Here you can find the website and login with the same login info and check the translation that I have done for reset password

So the problem is that there were some Russian translations that had bad characters.

I searched for "Enter your password" and checked all the results one by one and I saw bad characters are there.

So I changed them to correct Russian Characters:

Пожалуйста введите ваш пароль.

I already see the same characters on your live website (attached the screenshot)

So before touching any Turkmen translation, please first fix all the Russian problematic ones.

Each time you want to add a Turkman string first check the Russian one and make sure it is correct.

I still don't understand how to solve this problem.
How to fix problematic Russian translations?
If I just take and correct the Russian translation into String Translation (that is, if I correct incomprehensible characters into Russian letters), then an error will immediately occur on the site.

I did exactly that, (fixing the characters in the copied website and it worked ok)

Would you please check the copied website and try to do the same steps yu mentioned and see if the issue is happening there?

As the database and everything is the same it should happen on the ocpied website too.

Hello.
Yesterday I tried to simply remove the "Enter your password" line from String Translation. (And then I wanted to add it again). When deleting this line, an error immediately appeared, a lot of incomprehensible characters appeared on the site as before, after that I made a backup restore of the site and database.
I want to say that the problem is not solved, and this problem may come out again with such transfers. Please continue to look into this issue.
