Hi,

I'm trying to load waiting translations, and I get the error "Unable to load jobs".
I had some problems with the thema and some translations, and I cancelled one job. Then, I had to restore a backup of the DB.
Could you please help ?

Hello Didier 🙂

Welcome to WPML support. I'd be happy to help you with this.

Sure, To debug this issue further, I would need to check your site settings once, for this I would need temporary access (wp-admin and ftp) to your site.

So could you please provide me with those details, you will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.

Hello there,

FTP Details aren't working, so can you please check and update it accordingly in the previous private reply?

Also, Have you tried disabling all non-WPML plugins, switching to one of the default themes, and checking whether the issue persists or not?

Please remember to create a backup of your site (both files and the database) before making any updates or changes. This is always a good practice.

Also, it seems like php error reporting is enabled on your server, can you disable it and see if it helps?

Look forward to your reply.

Thanks

We have not changed, modified or updated any plugins. The theme is unchanged. And everything was working properly just before. This error only appeared after editing a page in the main language, when a translation was already in progress. The problem is solely related to the use of WPML.
wp_debug is disabled.

Hello there,

I went to LiteSpeed cache and disabled the cache for WordPress rest requests and it's working properly for me, can you please test it now?

Look forward to your reply.
