Problem:
The client is unable to register their site with WPML due to a site key not matching, despite previous successful registrations.
Solution:
We recommend checking if different URLs are being used for the home and main URLs. You should generate a WPML key for each URL version, as this might resolve the issue. If you're experiencing this, you can find a helpful screenshot in our support forum or directly view the image here.
