1.) Still the translation do not function: If I use the "Translate" button for several UNI CPO System fields, I get them under the UNI CPO Options and can translate them via the automatic translation editor. So well, but they do not appear in the second language(s). Is this a bug or is this only a half-way solution (from WPML-site ok - but UNI CPO does not recognize the second language...)
If I switch the UNI CPO System field back to "copy" then I have to go to the product itself, change the language and edit the product itself with UNI CPO builder in the second language complete manually. (That is how I understand the solution at the upon link to my thread, regarding the translation of UNI CPO fields.)
But: Conditional fields in UNI CPO do not work anymore in the second language.
AND: If I update once (after the procedure 2.) at the product itself (not in the UNI CPO Builder) an existing translation there (with the automatic translation editor) everything what you have translated in the UNIU CPO builder (manually) of that product is gone!
This might be a compatibility issue. The Uni CPO plugin by MooMoo Agency is not on our list here. https://wpml.org/plugin/. I can see a few reports about issues with this plugin. We'll try to do our best to help you with this issue.
According to your problem description, I think you would be better off using the manual translation method. What you would need to do is set the fields from the Uni CPO plugin that you need to translate to "Translate" and the rest that you don't need to translate set to "Copy". Then, use the manual translation method explained in the following guide.
Please try it with a page you have not translated yet. If it works for you and you want to continue using this method, please note that you must delete the previous malfunctioning translations and create new ones with the manual translation method.
Dear Itamar,
thank you for the reply and the hint to o on manually. I tried it and figured out: manually translation of uni-cpo fields worked. Products get changed into the specific language. I even can use the automatic translator and translate the main part (coming from Woocommerce) and switch then to then manual translation for the UNI CPO fields. There I have to translate the fields manually. But the bad news is: the field and formula functions does not work in the translated languages. Maybe this behavior comes from unicpo itself. I found out that unsync the field and save it with a new filed slug in the translated language will restore the function basically. But while all field-slugs have changed all formulas must be changed manually as well. So there is not a really benefit in doing it this way...
If you need further help with this issue, we need to replicate it on a fresh WordPress installation. Then, I'll be able to escalate it to our compatibility team. For this, I created a test website with a clean WordPress install. You can access it through this link:

With this link, you'll be directly logged in.
Could you please install the Uni CPO plugin and see if the issue is replicable on a clean WordPress installation?
Please configure WPML and WooCommerce as set on your site (just the basic configurations needed to replicate the issue are enough).
Please also ensure you install the latest version of the plugin. Please let us know when everything is finished, and you can replicate the problem. When you explain the problem, please bear in mind that I am unfamiliar with the Uni CPO plugin. So, I'll need the exact steps to see and replicate the problem. It would be great if you could share a video of the process. I usually use the LOOM service for this. hidden link.
It would also be great if you could contact Uni CPO's authors and urge them to join our Go Global Program. You can find details about it here.
We will happily cooperate with the authors in making their plugin officially compatible with WPML.
Regards,
Itamar.
