This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to use the auto-translate feature on their multisite setup but receives a message stating they don't have enough credits for automatic translation.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Ensure WPML is installed and registered to the network to use it on your multisite. All subsites will use the same site key. For more details, refer to our documentation on installing WPML on a multisite.
2. Perform a full site backup.
3. Navigate to your account page at WPML account sites.
4. Delete the existing site key.
5. Go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial tab, click on "Unregister WPML from this site", and refresh the page.
6. Click on "Get a key for this site" and copy the newly generated code.
7. Return to Plugins > Add New > Commercial tab and register the site with the new key.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at WPML known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket.

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. Please try the following steps and make sure you can register with the new site key or not.

1) Visit Plugins on hidden link
2) Scroll down to the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin
3) Click on *Registered* link. Normally it will redirect you to this screen - https://wpml.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/15845339-2024_06_27_18_41_15_Installer_IsraelFAQs_WordPress_and_4_more_pages_1_Microsoft_Edge.png
4) Try to unregister and register with the new site key from there

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. You are getting this conflict because of the WordPress multi-site setup.

To use WPML on a multisite, you have to install and register it to the network. You can then activate it on your subsites, and you will not need a new site key for it. All subsites use the same site key. Refer to this article for more details - https://wpml.org/documentation/support/multisite-support/#installing-wpml-on-multisite

So please try the following steps in hidden link after a full site backup and make sure you are getting the expected results or not.

- Go to your account page (https://wpml.org/account/sites/)
- Delete the key for the site
- Go to Plugins>>Add New>>Commercial tab
- Click on "Unregister WPML from this site"
- Refresh the page
- Click on "Get a key for this site"
- Copy the newly generated code
- Visit back to Plugins>>Add New>>Commercial tab
- Register the site with the new key
