We have just double-checked the website, but so far we weren't able to reproduce the issue you reported with the variations. We opened a few product translations without problems. Am I missing some fundamental step here? Please let us know how exactly we can check the problem. Thank you.

The error you just reported is not related to WPML, but instead - as the log shows, it is coming from the 'atum-stock-manager-for-woocommerce' plugin: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function is_original_product() on null in /home/customer/www/stoffenzaak.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/atum-stock-manager-for-woocommerce/classes/Integrations/Wpml.php:1307 Since the problem is coming from a different source, may I kindly ask you to contact the "ATUM WooCommerce Inventory Management and Stock Tracking" support team and address the issue with them? I'm afraid they'll have more expertise than us to tell what is wrong with the codes in their files. Thanks for your understanding, and please keep us posted.
