This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is experiencing multiple issues with their translated live pages, including non-updating links, sliders, and WooCommerce product details on translated pages. Additionally, some translated pages require multiple saves to update the displayed text.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to address these issues:
1. Make a full backup of your website.
2. Switch to the Twenty Twenty-One theme.
3. Deactivate all plugins.
4. Navigate to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting, select "Product" from the drop-down list, and click on "Synchronize posts taxonomies".
5. Delete the problematic product (e.g., PADI Rescue Diver).
6. Switch back to your original theme (Divi Child).
7. Reactivate all plugins.
8. Recreate the product and its translations.
This process aims to resolve specific issues tied to the product that may not occur with newly created products. If these steps do not resolve your issues, or if the solution seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. I'm analyzing your website, but still need additional information. In the last message I sent, I was not giving you a solution, but asking you to activate the debug log. The debug log is a file that saves error messages and is useful for debugging purposes. This way, we can check for errors in your website and gather more relevant data that can get us to a solution. Please send me the debug log file and the server error log file, which you can get with your hosting. Please tell me if you still need more clarification. |

Hey there, The link you sent marked as "Server Log", seems to be the debug log. The link you sent marked as "Debug Log" is the debug information from WPML, which we already have. So, we still need the server error log. Have you reached out to your hosting support? They can send you this file and you can send me the link again. Let me know if you still have questions about that. |

Hey there, I got feedback from our developers. They could confirm that the issue was not happening in minimal set up (with a default WP Theme active, as well as WooCommerce and WPML plugins). That means that there's an external plugin conflicting with WPML. The issue wasn't occurring anymore, upon activating all plugins. This leads us to the conclusion that the issue was being caused by caching settings. Please make a full website backup and stick to only one caching plugin. If the issue still occurs, please try deactivating the Caching plugin. If it still occurs, please deactivate all plugins and reactivate them (this is what actually solved the issue on the staging version, with us). Please let me know your results. |

Hi there, 1. I have deactivated all plug-ins and reactivated them one by one. 2. I deactivated, deleted, reinstalled, and activated each caching plugin one by one, etc. 3. I tried all possible variations with the plugins, but it seems the problem still exists. |

To further investigate, we'd need a reproducible error. Can you please record a screen video and reproduce one of the errors, so we can analyze it? Some of the other issues we have. 1. If you book one product and you are redirected to the check-in page, the page stops working. This only happens with the translated pages. See pic 1 and 2. 2. Text and links are not updating on some of the pages, as an example see pic 3,4 and 5 3. Translators have to save and complete the translated page multiple times before the translations are saved.
