We have still some issues regarding the translation of product bundles - which is a plugin for wordpress and offered to be compatible with wpml translations. The issue is, that all of our product bundles do not work, they have no products in them and i cannot change them. It seems that the automatic translation did break them. Now, I created a new product bundles with the old translator and the translation worked ... is there any workarround for the existing product bundles to get them to work without having to create all of them new again? Duplicating them did not work. |

Hi there, Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue. It could be an issue when the translations of the single product "dentaleyepad 3 EU" has the same slug "dentaleyepad-3-2". So I change the slug of the translation in the English language to "dentaleyepad-3-2-en" then update the bundle product "dentaleyepad 3 EU Grundpaket bestehend aus:" and the translation in the English language also. Now you can see the product bundle display as well in the English language. Please check the screenshot Look forward to your reply. |

Just a question. Where did you change the Slug? In the product - the permalink or somehwere else in the translation? |

There still is a problems with certain product bundles and the change of the slug name does not help with that. |

If the issue persists, please follow steps below to enable a minimal environment and see if it helps If it does not help, please let me know which product bundle has the issue and I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info. Look forward to your reply. |

The strange thing is, that it works for the italian one! Very strange but not for the english translation. |

I cleared the cash / emtpied it and now it works. So no further help needed! I guess it was somehow a cahing issue. or did you do something? Thanks! |
