The problem you encountered might have been a result of caching. Kindly clear the caches from both the site and your browser, then recheck. I hope it will help.
The error indicated in the ATE error log usually arises when the first and last name fields for Admin users are left empty. To solve this, navigate to Users -> All Users, and update the First and Last name fields of the Admin users. Ensure you do this for your profile and for all other administrator users.
