When the language is switched to Arabic, some product images become smaller and the quick view feature become in the wrong place. a Code used to display a specif products using Elementor. in English language everything work well and fine.

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter.

While checking the Arabic version of the Homepage, I found several classes and markups are missing from there which seems to be causing the issue.

As the cached versions of CSS files are being delivered on the frontend, could you please clear the cache and see if it resolves the issue?

If not, please try running a plugin conflict test on your site. Please deactivate all plugins on your site except for WPML and its add-ons, Elementor, and WooCommerce. If that solves the issue, start activating the plugins one by one and after each activation, refresh the Arabic Homepage to see if the issue reappears. In this way, you'll be able to pinpoint the plugin that is causing the issue.

hello, thanks for your kind reply and response.

unfortunately its not a plugin issue i think, i deactivated all the plugins, expect WPML and Woocommerce and the issue still showing up,

check attached photos please

i also attached a screenshot for the code used in Elmentaor, maybe it need to be adjusted in Arabic version? also you can notice in the screenshots that only 2 plugins activated and the issue is still showing up

i hope you can login to the domain from your end and fix this in the appropriate way.

As the issue persists, a closer inspection will be required to understand the root cause of the issue.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

-Please backup site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:
