I am trying to:
switch currency and have the correct currency label displayed

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
staging

I expected to see:
switched currency and have the correct currency label displayed

Instead, I got:
switch currency does not change currency label

as you see in the images, I on purpose changed the € amount to 15 and left the CHF amount at 14 in order to verify that the currency switcher works, The amount reflects the correct version, but as you see, "CHF" stays visible and the currency label has a bug, not displaying the "€" label when switched

Hi there,

Are you using a custom theme at the moment?

If possible switch the theme temporarily to a standard WP theme such as twenty23 and let me know your results.

Does the issue persist ?

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

Thank you,
Bobby

Thank you!

I was able to test this and can confirm the issue remains even with WPML deactivated.

Go to plugins->deactivate WPML and test again,.

In WooCommerce's settings, the Swiss Frank is the default currency, and when WPML is deactivated it remains showing the Euro sign. The same happens even if you change the currency to something else.

Please review if you have some custom code that could affect this or another third-party plugin.
