This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to translate emails for a plugin that creates partial payments.
Solution:
First, we recommended updating the WPML plugin and its add-ons to the latest version to ensure compatibility and to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements. The client can find the latest versions in the "My Account -> Downloads" section of the WPML website and follow the instructions for updating here: https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/. We also advised the client to back up their database before proceeding, suggesting the use of a plugin like Duplicator: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/.

Next, we identified that the WPML String Translation plugin was not updated on the client's website. We instructed the client to update this plugin by going to Plugins → Add New, clicking on the commercial tab, and then updating the plugin at

/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=commercial

. After updating, the client should test to see if the problem with translating emails is resolved.

If the solution provided is not relevant due to being outdated or not applicable to the client's case, we recommend opening a new support ticket. It's also advisable to check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that the latest versions of themes and plugins are installed. For further assistance, please contact us through the WPML support forum: https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
A plugin to create partial payments translating

Could you please show me a few examples of such emails?

Could you please update your WPML plugin to the latest version 4.6.10 and add-ons to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements? This may not necessarily resolve your problem, however, in order to troubleshoot the issue best we need to work on the latest code available.

You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site. Instructions to update can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/

Please remember to backup your database first before you proceed. You can use a plugin for this if you like (example: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/)

Let me know if the issue persists after an update has been done.

hi,

Ive updated to the newest version but the issue remains.
Normaly is Woo > email you get the flags and there you can edit some stuff but there is nothing there...

So some of them do get translated so not...
Some of them partly....

Can you tell me what to do to fix it?

Thank you for your feedback.

Could you please show me this on the screenshot?

I have not noticed any emails that are partially translated. However, I can check if the emails are fully translated or not. Am I correct in understanding that the emails in English for which the purchase was made are not in English?

Can you temporarily deactivate all plugins except WPML, WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency, WooCommerce and test the issue again?

However, before proceeding with any changes, please ensure you back up your database first.

I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site – preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible – in order to be of better help. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Thank you for the information. I noticed that the WPML String Translation plugin has not been updated on your website, which could be the reason for the issue. Please go to Plugins → Add a new, click on commercial tab (/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=commercial), update the plugin, and test the problem afterward.
