Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with product availability synchronization between Turkish and English versions of their website using WPML and the Easy Booking plugin for WooCommerce. While the main site is in Turkish, products reserved in Turkish still appear available in English, but this issue does not affect all products.
Solution:
We first asked the client to confirm the name of the appointment plugin and to check if it is listed on our compatibility page at WPML compatible plugins. We also provided documentation on managing bookings and appointments with WPML at WPML and WooCommerce Booking.
Upon learning the plugin in use was 'Easy Booking', which is not listed in our compatible plugins at WPML compatible plugins, we recommended contacting the plugin's authors or support service to inquire about its translatibility and for a guide on translating its functionalities.
If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at WPML known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.
