Also, navigate to Pages > All Pages from your WordPress Dashboard, find the default Cart and Checkout Page of WooCommerce, and add the Translation by clicking on the Plus icon(hidden link). If you're Translating the default page of WooCommerce, then you will be entering the Translated name of the page only.

Thanks I am not a work at the moment, I will try tomorrow, but normally when I select a website as a default language your plugin makes the woocommerce pages and registration in the proper language which in this case is German. The theme is WPML compatible. I will check I hope it does not take a lot of time, what a waste if it does.
You're correct! Since WooCommerce is translated already into most Languages, WPML executes the language file of the WooCommerce plugin and displays the translated contents. But, in some cases(E.G:- Cart or Checkout page), you may need to translate certain text using the String Translation.
So, Please check by following the documentation I've shared in the previous response. It will help you to translate the default Cart and checkout page of your site.
But, if you have used any component of any third-party plugins on the cart or checkout page or the theme you're using is adding any text string for WooCommerce, then you may need to scan the Theme or plugin. By doing so, the text string appearing on the cart and checkout page will also appear on the String Translation page and you'll be able to add the translations.
