Hi there, We identified the issue as a function in the plugin. There are 2 PDF invoices that can be sent when the plugin is activated. One coming from PDF Invoices and packing Slips for WooCommerce and handled in WooCommerce > PDF invoices. It works fine. Another one that is coming from WCFM which is activated with PDF Invoices and packing Slips for WooCommerce and it is handled in the in Marketplace > Settings > Store Invoice: it displays 2 different invoice numbers. There is nothing that we can do here. One workaround is to limit the email sending only to the customer and not the vendor. For that you can do as follows: Open your theme's functions.php file. ``` It seems that the free version of this plugin is not compatible with WPML: hidden link here">https://wpml.org/plugin/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-and-packing-slips/ - they decided to add compatibility only in the PRO version. The issue needs to be raised with the plugin developers. Thanks. |

Dear Christopher, thank you for your message. Actually, the invoice, that the customer is receiving is the wrong one. Attached I am also sending a screenshot, where the WCFM support says that they are compatible only with the free version of the invoice Plugin. This seems to be very confusing everything. All I know for now, is that for the process to smoothly work on our platform is that I need to deactivate the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency by WPML. From the sandbox that was initially created for this ticket, please delete all users and licences that I have inserted there, as I cannot access the sandbox anymore. Thank you, |

Hi, Tatiana. Christopher is unavailable today, so I am stepping in to assist with your inquiry. I've read this thread and our internal seconds about this case. I understand how it can be unclear. Let me try to clarify things. You are facing a compatibility issue between three different plugins (from different authors). WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency (our plugin), PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce by WP Overnight, and WCFM - WooCommerce Frontend Manager by WC Lovers. WPML is compatible with both plugins, with one exception: the free version of PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce. This means that WPML is compatible only with the premium version, WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips Professional. This decision to only be compatible with the Professional version was made by the authors, WP Overnight, and not by us. What makes things confusing, and this is what the support of WCFM told you, is that they are only compatible with the free version of WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips. (This might be the cause of the conflict.) To fully understand how to work with WCFM and WPML, you must read the following guides.
