This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is trying to update WooCommerce product settings for the WooCommerce pre-orders plugin, but these settings are not being copied to other languages.
Solution:
If you're experiencing issues with WooCommerce pre-orders settings not being copied to translations, we recommend the following steps:
1. Go to WPML > Settings and scroll down to the Custom Field Translation section.
2. Click on the Show System Fields link.
3. After the page refreshes, search for
_wc_pre_orders
in the Custom Field Translation section.
4. Four fields related to the Pre-order plugin should appear. Set the translation preference for these fields to Copy and save your changes.
5. Open the product that will be on pre-order in the Editor, make a minor modification to the title, and update the changes. Then, update the translation as well.
This should ensure that the pre-order settings are copied to the translated versions of the product. If the solution provided here is not relevant to your case, either because it's outdated or not applicable, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
