This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Client is unable to add products to the automatic translation queue on their WooCommerce site, which is being translated from Dutch to English using WPML's automatic translations with pay-as-you-go. The issue was specifically was with product post type belongs to WooCommerce.

Despite running the first batch of automatic translations, WPML indicates 'No translations in the queue', and the products remain untranslated as indicated by the '+' symbols in the English column on the WooCommerce page.

Solution:
We recommend the following steps to resolve the issue:

2. Run the troubleshooting functions one by one. For guidance, refer to this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/a1Ol7gTCRHc9.
3. Update the default product.
4. Update the translation.

If the issue persists:

3. Select multiple products.
4. Choose the "Translate automatically" option.
5. Click on the "Start translating" button.

Hi,

We are translating our Woocommerce site from dutch to english. We are using automatic translations in combination with pay-as-you-go.
After the first batch of automatic translations WPML says "No translations in the queue", but no product has been translated yet. I checked plugin Woocommercer page admin.php?page=wpml-wcml and see '+' symbols in the english column (:no translation yet).
How can we add the products to the automatic translations queue?

Thanks

Hello. Thank you for contacting the WPML support.

Based on the debug information you shared I see you already installed the WooCommerce Multilingual and Multi-Currency plugin.

Have you followed the steps given with the following Doc to translate the product and check if that help you:

Yes, but only áfter the first attempt to translate the site automatically.
After this first batch, we noticed the products were not translated.
So then we followed the steps you also refer to and we set Woocommerce Multilingual to 'Translate all products automatically'. But after that nothinh happened. I still see "Geen vertalingen in de wachtrij" (No translations in queue) when opening WPML main menu (admin.php?page=tm%2Fmenu%2Fmain.php).
Do we have to take another step?

Can you please navigate to:
=> WPML => Translation Management and share the screenshot of "Dashboard" tab after filtering the posts by product post type as well as screenshot of "Tools" tab.

Let me ask you few questions that will help us to minimize the cause of the issue:

- Can you please confirm that you have translation issue happening only with product post type and other post types (post, pages or other custom post type) are working as expected?

- Can you please create a test product for post type "product" and check if translation works as expected?

- Try to update any of the existing product in original language and check if its translated or not.

Ok, Minesh, I did everthing you asked me to do.
- indeed, the translation issue happens only with the product post type
- created a new product, after saving it, the product was not being translated
- i updated an exisiting product, after submitting the change, this product was not being translated either.

Can you please try to run troubleshooting options:

1- Go to WPML-> Support-> Troubleshooting
2- Run the troubleshooting function one by one (Kindly check this hidden link)
3- Update the default product
4- Update the translation

Does that helps? If no:

What if you navigate to WPML=> Translation Management and filter the list with "product" post type and select multiple products and further select the "Translate automatically" option and then click on the "Start translating" button.
