Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate checkout-field labels using WPML in the new standard WC-blocks Woocommerce checkout. This new checkout has become the standard for new Woocommerce installations. Similar issues are discussed here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translate-woocommerce-checkout-cart-blocks/. Symptoms:
