Regarding the product category image issue, if you've added category images via the Products > Categories section, please try the following steps to see if it resolves the problem:
1. Navigate to WPML > Settings and scroll to the "Custom Term Meta Translation" section.
2. Set the translation preference for the "thumbnail_id" field to "Copy" and then save your changes.
3. Proceed to the "Products > Categories" section.
4. Use the "Quick Edit" option beneath the category where the image isn't displaying on the frontend.
5. Simply hit the save changes button without making any alterations.
This process should copy the thumbnail's ID to the translated category, potentially fixing the image display issue in the translated category.
But, if the category image is added differently, please let me know the process. I will check and guide you accordingly.
