Background of the issue:
After setting up WPML, I am trying to manage WordPress menu items in the menu editor at hidden link.

Symptoms:
The WordPress menu items are not showing in the menu editor (wp-admin/nav-menus.php).

Questions:
Why are the WordPress menu items not showing in the menu editor after setting up WPML?
