I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek urgent assistance with an issue related to the interaction between WP All Import and WPML plugins on my WordPress website.

Problem:
I have been using WP All Import to update existing attribute values using a CSV file, but I encountered a problem when WPML is active. WP All Import fails to overwrite the old attribute values with the new ones under this configuration.

Action Taken:
To address this issue, I have already reached out to WP All Import Support for help.

Request:
Given the urgency of the matter, I kindly request your expert guidance in resolving the conflict between WP All Import and WPML. If there are any specific settings or updates required to ensure successful attribute updates, your prompt assistance will be highly appreciated.

Thank you for your immediate attention and support.

Update:

I tested this issue on blank installation with the same configuration that I have on my live website, Issue no longer exists on blank installation.

I then restored complete information on wpml plugin and reinstalled it and it fixed problem on my live website. It seems that problem is in my settings configuration since my issue got resolved as I removed all data assosiated with old wpml configuration.

Now I backed up my live website with old wpml.

Is there a way to reset all settings without erasing my database tables? The problem is that I can not reset all plugin data. I have content translated already and re-translating it is not an option.

Hello,

I am not 100% sure what you mean by "reset all settings without erasing my database tables"?

There is a filed icl_sitepress_settings you can try copying and or/deleting, but I would recommend testing this on the staging site first and making sure it doesn't cause any other problems.

Other than that, the tool reset WPML from troubleshooting settings is the only other way.

Hope it helps.

Drazen

Hello,

I am afraid there is no such way, The best I can suggest is to connect them manually, via custom code, or via WP All Import:

- https://wpml.org/wpml-hook/wpml_set_element_language_details/
- https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-all-import-plugin-website-import-with-wpml/

Hope this helps.

Regadrs,
Drazen
