Hello, thanks for getting back. Glad to hear the translation now works fine. As for the new issue you experience, I am not sure what steps you have and what went wrong but should work just fine. Probably something else you did, I would suggest you re-checked the events and steps, and use the manual method, and try with a new event, since I remember the translation you did before was using the wrong method. If the issue still happens we would need a new ticket for this new issue since this one is escalated to the compatibility team and fixed the issue. In the test site, the workaround doesn't cause issues, tickets are translated and events are bookable. Image attached. Let me know. Kind regards, |

Hello, it is not completely the same, there is one description with EN, but I am sharing additional images for your convince. As for your issue with creating recurring events, I am sorry to hear that, but I am afraid I am not aware of the steps you did or what went wrong. If the issue still happens without WPML, please contact plugin support and make sure plugin works fine. Then you can implement our workaround and translate correctly. Hope it makes sense. Kind regards, |

Hello, I am not sure you checked my last image. Please, check my last reply with the updated image, the text is translated just fine. Or better visit the link with event: hidden link If adding a suggested workaround causes some issues, let us know the steps or video from the test sandbox site what is the issue and how can we see it, so we can understand it better. Thanks, |

Hello, yes, it should be on and the workaround is implemented. I have checked your events, not sure if you missed but if you follow the workaround I suggested, it should work fine and you can translate ticket info from WPML String translation. Note you will need to change the default language of the string from EN to IT, as I informed you in my first reply with a workaround. Images attached. I have translated them now and it works just fine. - hidden link Kind regards, |

Hello, do you mean the following text: "Se hai allergie o Intolleranze alimentari ..", you can not find it for translation, after you have followed the workaround suggested, visit the page in front? Does this string show for translation in WPML String translation, or is it not there? Let me know. Thanks, |

Hello, thanks for getting back. I understand I think also mentioned this, but maybe you missed it due to much information. It can happen, in that case, you need to set it to be the correct language, so if the string is Italian set it to be Italian and translate it to EN or another way around. Please check: Regards, |
