Your support tab in WPML plugin says WP memory is 40. It is 250 . You can check from this url hidden link why isn't it reading well. Does it affect site or WPML plugin work?

Welcome to WPML Support forum.

WP_MEMORY_LIMIT is different from memory_limit which is set in your php.ini file. As you can see from your screenshot your Memory Limit is 256M.

You can add this to wp-config.php to increase WP memory:

/** Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

- Add it above the line

 /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Then check again the status on WPML > Support page.

Kind regards,
