[Resolved] the "sender from name" is wrong

When I send email to customer with their tracking info, the "sender from name" is wrong. For example, it will send the english website name in the french email. So I went to WPML String translation, and made sure the strings "email_from_name" was correctly set-up. And it is correctly set-up. In the past, it did work properly. But not anymore. Am I clear ? I would appreciate help 🙂
