[Resolved] Fatal error: Uncaught InvalidArgumentException: item should be a Collection or an array or an object

Hello, I copied one of my websites, files and DB and inserted it on subdomain. However I am unable to activate WPML, it triggers fatal Error: Fatal error: Uncaught InvalidArgumentException: item should be a Collection or an array or an object in
