Problem:
The client is unable to download the WPML plugin update from the WordPress Dashboard or the WPML website.
Solution:
We have resolved the issue. We recommend that the client tries to download the WPML plugins directly from the account downloads page. If this solution does not resolve the issue, please open a new support ticket with us.
