This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was seeing the "WPML detected a new address for this site" issue again on WPML >> Translation Management page which points to some unknown IP address.

Solution:
Please take a backup of the site first and then select the "NO" - the second option and it solved the issue.

Hello , I have the "WPML detected a new address for this site" issue again . I already raised that issue 1 month ago, and your support fixed it but the issue is back now

I choose the No option and it fixed the issue. I can't see the error message anymore. Thanks
