Background of the issue:
We are using WPML to translate WP Forms content from English to Italian and Spanish. So far it is working very well. However, we have encountered a design/formatting issue with the notifications sent by WP Forms to the recipient. The English version is formatted nicely with line breaks. The Italian version is not. See screenshots:

When we cut and paste content from Google Docs which includes paragraph breaks into WPML translation cell, it is ignored and flattened to a single sentence with no breaks when the Italian or Spanish versions are sent to recipients. English works perfectly. We have the WP Forms plugin installed, running the latest July edition of WPML and using classic not advanced editing mode.
There is a video here to demo the problem: hidden link.
Symptoms:
The Italian version of notification emails loses formatting, specifically line breaks, when content is pasted from Google Docs into WPML translation cell. The English version retains the formatting.
Questions:
What do we need to do in either WP Forms or WPML so we can make this section respond more like HTML allowing us to add HTML tags? I think HTML tags will solve the problem and force WPML to format the translation correctly.
Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.
I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
