WPML not showing the shipping options in the other languages

raphaelT-5	I am trying to display delivery rates in other languages, we are using Eshipper to show the LTL rates. They say the issue is on your side. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link I expected to see: The shipping rates, like on the US language exemple : hidden link Instead, I got:Nothing

Marsel Nikolli	Hi, Thank you for contacting WPML Support, I will be happy to help you. I checked your website and I am not able to add any product to the cart, I don't see any option to add a product to the cart. Could you please help me with a video on how to check properly the issue (you can use loom.com or monosnap.com and share the link with me)? From what I was able to check, only if I go from this page: hidden link to the shop page I see it as an option but when I switch to english I noticed a redirection going on from the plugin Redirection. * Also, please note that the plugin "eShipper Commerce" in not yet part of the WPML compatible list. raphaelT-5	Hi Marsel, The store is not yet online. The last bug before we can publish the online shop is this. Here is an explanatory video : hidden link We have no choice but to use Eshipper for this store. For futur message, can you add camille@effetmonstre.com in the loop ? Thank you, Camille

In order to investigate this issue and understand it better, I would need a temporary access to your website (please create an administrator account using any email address you prefer). * Please set a valid address for that account so you know it works in the default language. Please make a full backup of your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply. * Note: I might need to enable/disable plugins, switch themes and access your website database. I would need to access both your site's WP-admin and FTP account, please provide both. Your next reply is set to private for you to provide the username and password details. * Unfortunately to is not possible to add camille@effetmonstre.com, as we do operate via forum reply messages. Marsel Nikolli	Hi Camille, Thank you for the access, I was able to check your website but on the staging you provided I don't see the shipping options for any language (I see only the option to set a shipping address). I noticed this notification on the WP-Admin "eShipper Plugin is NOT authenticated properly. eShipper services will not work until you fix this problem.", could you please check that and set it for english same as you showed me on the video before?
