Hello WPML team, I am aware that this issue has persisted for a month now, and we are currently in the process of upgrading our website, which is still improgress. I would like you to investigate the problem we've been encountering with your plugin. Specifically, it's related to the pages not displaying, especially when it comes to the translated versions in Italian. As an example, you can visit the following link: hidden link It shows that the page cannot be found. However, the post pages are functioning correctly, as shown in this link: hidden link Previously, we were in contact with Mr. Bruno Kos, who was well-informed about the issues on our site. You can refer to our previous conversation with ticket number #13677887 to get more details. We have also upgraded the WPML plugin, but we need your assistance in identifying the root cause of the problem with the pages not being displayed correctly. Also if he could assist on this issue would be great. Thank you for your attention to this matter. |

Also regarding for The WPML subscription currently covers three websites: hidden link I'm uncertain about the previous use of hidden link since it was primarily employed for testing purposes by the previous team in charge. However, not associating this with the subscription we consider including hidden link instead if there's a plan for removing the hidden link replace by this would be great hidden link |

Hi there, I will add the first reply before this ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues. I'd appreciate it if you could wait for the answer from a supporter like this one to add multiple answers as it makes the process of replying back slower due to the system identifying there is an update on the ticket. Also, I'd appreciate it if you could open up another ticket for the subscription question to ensure we give the best service we can and focus on the issue at hand. For your information, you can always remove or add site from https://wpml.org/account/sites Here is the documentation: https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#unregister Now regarding the issues, would you provide us with the debug information first? https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/ If the plugins of your website is not updated yet, please do so and copy your website to a staging version so it is possible to check without the fear of ruining a live website. Let's keep it to this step for now and get back to your reply. Thanks. |

Hello Christopher, I appreciate your guidance on setting up the link associated with our account. The team has already taken care of that, so let's now revisit the main issue we encountered with three different domains: German, Indonesian, and... For instance, when visiting this link: hidden link, an error message appears indicating that the page cannot be found. However, the post pages are functioning correctly, as demonstrated in this link: hidden link. Please see the debug log Thank you and looking forward for your feedback |

Hi Yoan, Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue. I see the issue occurs in the default site language so I think it might not relate to WPML. Can you please deactivate WPML for a while and recheck this issue? If it works, you can deactivate all plugins and leave only WPML plugin activated, switch to a standard theme of WordPress to find what causes the issue. Also, I see the WPML plugin on your site is still in the older version 4.4.11. Please update it to the new version 4.6.7, following the documentation https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#checking-for-updates Look forward to your reply. |

Hello Long Nguyen, Thank you for providing instruction. I would like to discuss with you the in-depth analysis of this matter. Previously, we utilized WPML to translate the slugs, and despite attempting to synchronize all pages, particularly those in Italy, we are still facing an issue. When attempting to access the page, an error is displayed: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404." The slugs have been translated into Italian, whereas they were originally in English. We suspect that the problem lies with WPML, but even after deactivating and reactivating it, the issue persists. When switching to Italian pages, the pages cannot be found. This issue arose despite updating WPML, which was previously outdated I've attached also the screenshot of the wordpress pages where all of the pages in italian translation slug page area are not working |

Hi, I understand that after deactivating WPML, the issue persists. I suggest you deactivate all plugins (including WPML), switch to a standard theme of WordPress, re-save permalink settings (Post name) and see how it goes. - If it works, you can activate plugins one-by-one, switch to the current theme and find what causes the issue. Look forward to your reply. |

Hi Long nguyen, thank you for the instructions. I'll be able to check this on Monday PHT as we are currently conducting tests for each country this week. Would it be possible for you to investigate the issue on our WordPress panel? I'll provide admin access to the Italy website for a more in-depth analysis of the underlying issues on the page. Here are the credentials for the Italy admin account: [supporter removed] Thank you looking forward to your response |

Hello, apologies for the delay reply. Unfortunately, the admin account is currently unavailable. We've taken the following steps: changed the theme to the default WordPress theme and disabled all plugins. Despite these actions, the issue persists on the frontend, with the page still redirecting to a 404 error, even in the default theme. It appears the error might not be within the theme files. Any suggestions or recommendations you have for the next troubleshoot? Looking forward to your feedback Thank you |
