This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where Vimeo videos are not displaying correctly within LearnDash lessons when WPML plugins are activated.
Solution:
We have replicated the issue and determined that it is not related to WPML plugins. We recommend the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. Clear all browser cookies and data.
2. Revisit the site.
3. Accept the cookie notice and then view the lesson.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, or if this solution does not seem relevant to your situation, please open a new support ticket with us for further assistance.

Hi, I've disabled all plugins and reactivated them one-by-one and found that the 3 x WPML plugins prevent the Vimeo videos from showing correctly within the LearnDash lessons. If you use the "Switch to" feature within the "Users" section and impersonate me (Aurelien), you will be able to go to "My Account" in the frontend then click the course > Introduction and you will notice the video is not showing. Disable your 3 x WPML plugins and it will show. How can I share your temporary admin login details with you in a confidential way so you can troubleshoot further? Thank you in advance for your help finding a solution to this major issue. |

Hi Aurelien, Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue. If you deactivate/activate plugins on your site and find WPML plugins cause the issue, it might be a compatibility issue. Can you please help us to replicate it on a clean installation of WordPress? With this link, you can login directly to the admin area Kindly follow the steps below: - Don’t restore your site there. Look forward to your reply. |

I've installed LearnDash, imported the course, ensured your 3 x specific WPML plugins are uploaded and active and the Vimeo videos show correctly and the LearnDash Validation button does work when clicked. I'm glad it does work on your sandbox website but it doesn't on our client's website and we've already determined it was due to your plugins so I'm not sure what to do here. We've already done much troubleshooting work with the Avada Theme support devs, the LearnDash devs and now attempting to get support from you. Could you instead provide me with a private way to share your temporary admin login details so you can check what is really going on from your plugins that are triggering those issues on our client's website? We've been trying to resolve this for weeks now... Thanks, |

Hi, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info. ❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌ Look forward to your reply. |

Hi, It could be a temporary issue on your side. I just visit the Introduction lesson and see the Vimeo video displayed as well as WPML plugins activated. Please check the screenshot attached. Look forward to your reply. |

Have you tried impersonating the user "guy.blasco" by clicking "Switch to" under their name? Let me know. Thanks, |

Hi, I still don't see that issue after switching to the user "guy.blasco", here is the screen record hidden link Regarding the complete button, it could be another issue, please try to deactivate/reactivate WPML plugins and separate it in another ticket. In this ticket, I will focus on the issue with Vimeo video. Thanks. |

I'm really not sure what's going on. I've logged in with the admin account I've created for you then impersonated the user guy.blasco and I can't see the Vimeo videos (see attached screenshot). This was on Chrome. I've tried on Safari, same thing. What's going on? How are you able to see the Vimeo videos on your end? |

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. I checked again, along the lines you mentioned. - Logged in with the admin account you provided for the access. Here's my screen recording: hidden link. I also used the Chrome in incognito mode, on Windows 11. Please check if you're using Mac or Linux? Is your browser updated? Make sure to clear all browser caches and try again. Or perhaps record your screen from start to end, so we can see if we're checking the same thing. |

The client got back to us and it seems like the Vimeo videos are working fine, it's the LearnDash validation button that is not working on mobile only and we believe it's linked to the same issue as it's due to your WPML plugins. Are you able to click that button at the bottom to mark the lesson as complete on mobile? |

Thank you for the confirmation. The "LearnDash validation button" issue seems to be a different than the one reported here. I recommend opening a separate ticket because as per forum policy we can only handle one issue per ticket. So you can get more to the point help, without mixing up several issues in one long ticket. Please feel free to mark this ticket as resolved. |

Ok, before we get to that issue with the LearnDash validation button, I still have issues with Vimeo videos not showing when your WPML plugins are active. See the Loom video I've made for you: hidden link I know you've already showed me it works on your end but I'm an admin too and I've tried everything, from a different browser to incognito mode to impersonating another user but in vain. On the video I've made you can clearly see that on my end, when your WPML plugins are active, I can't see the Vimeo videos within the LearnDash lessons. When I deactivate them, the videos show. Please help me find out what's going on, this has been an issue for so many weeks now, we'd like it fixed once and for all. Thank you for your help, |

Hi, I'm asking our 2nd tier support about this issue and I will update you here when I have something to share. Meanwhile, you can try to use the Inspect tool of the browser and check the video element to see what happens with it on your end. If you don't know how to use the Inspect tool, please follow this article hidden link Thanks. |

Hi, Please try to go to admin area > Avada > Options > Advanced > Switch to French language (or All languages) with the language switcher at the topbar > Enable option "Vimeo API Scripts" > Save and recheck this issue. Refer documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/using-wpml-with-the-avada-theme/#setting-theme-options Look forward to your reply. |
